Hot Cha Cha is playing 9pm Friday night in NYC @  The Annex 152 Orchard Street on the Lower East Side.  If you're in the area go have fun with them, you deserve it.

Mystery of Two is in the studio working on their next record  Live. Love. Listen. Repeat.  Hot Cha Cha is about to be working on their next one and Blake Miller's  Burn Tape is in the final stages of mastering!  It's going to be a busy Spring,  but not till we all get buried in winter.

We all made it back from CMJ,  it was a great night.  Thank you to all the people that came out,  Spike Hill, and the CMJ fest for having us . . . as my grandfather says about working, it's  back to the salt mines in Cleveland. 

The Cleveland Scene named the new ESR Studio the Best in Cleveland.   Thank you!          Mystery is pounding out their next record  in there right now and Hot Cha Cha is just about to get started.

Hot Cha Cha played the Midpoint Music Fest in Cincinnati this weekend . . .  here's the word on that.  "Man, I fell in love with that Hot Cha Cha guitarist. Beautiful and could really play the rock. The whole band was great. The singer was jumping on the tables and swinging from the rafters, really. I don't think the bar owner was too happy about that, but... they need to come back! Thanks to Courtyard Cafe for being a great venue for us. "


 

Mystery of Two made it back from tour!   We're about to roll out the ESR blog so check out some photos and stories on that shortly.  Mystery is headed into the ESR Studio Sunday to start work on their next LP . . . !

The new Dreadful Yawns LP is out and about,  it comes with a download code and a giant silkscreen poster.    Well worth the cash on all fronts.

' Take Shape'  the new full length from The Dreadful Yawns is out and about right now in media and radio land.     It's also available right here on LP,  CD, and digital download.   One option on it is a 12.5"x14"  Silk Screen poster of the album art by Jon Hicks that included a digital version of the record!    Put it on your wall and your ipod in one fell swoop.     The LP also includes the poster and a download code,  talk about bang for your buck.     

Mystery of Two has been in the studio finishing up a digital seven inch for tour.  It includes some art work by Jacob Lang and two new songs,  Gravity and Strange Town.    M2 also has a new video up  here,  and is heading out on the road next week with a pocket full of new songs,  so swing out if your around.

The neighborhood kids had their first game in the field across the street today,   I do suppose spring is finally here.     So,   there's no time to waste,  it's time to get down.

The Exit Stencil Studio is done!   We're having an opening reception this Saturday April 19th from 7 - 10 pm  food and refreshments will be floating around. 16101 Waterloo.  Stop out and say hi.  

There's a bunch of other things happening on the street        that night too.   Music Saves is having a National Record Store Day party and Shoparooni is hosting a scavenger hunt.   There's also some gallery openings at Arts Collinwood and the new Vision Gallery. 

 Later in the night Hot Cha Cha is playing at the Beachland Tavern with Black Cannery,  To be a High Powered Executive. and Justin from roue' is doing a DJ set.    I'm pretty sure this qualifies as a party.
